Mark Debinski has been appointed as the new chair of the Carroll Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees. A strong supporter of the hospital and volunteer leader for more than a decade, he is the president and chief operating officer of Bluewater Advisory & Bluewater Search. As chair, he also will serve as a member of the Carroll Hospital Board of Directors.”
