We always say Betty has been with Bluewater since “Day 1” in 2010. But truth be told, Betty was involved from the planning and formative stages of Bluewater, pre-Day 1. Betty’s grace, patience, and DISC style serve her well in her role of Executive Admin, with a tenure of 20 years at Mercantile-Safe Deposit & Trust Company contributing to her extensive knowledge in administrative methods, client relations, and human resources. Betty fine-tunes and organizes Bluewater’s programs, prints and ships our books, binders, and other program materials, and administers all of Bluewater’s assessments, over a thousand of which are run each year.

All of Bluewater’s clients love Betty’s warm style and dedication to our work. In fact, Betty is often invited to attend Bluewater client retreats and programs. While her schedule does not leave a lot of time for elective work travel, Betty has chosen wisely, traveling to Huntington Beach, Scottsdale, and Sedona on several occasions.

Betty believes in giving back to the community. Non-profit organizations hold a special place in her heart. Additionally, she is a “Wish Granter” for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Betty maintains her energetic pace by embracing an active lifestyle, engaging in various outdoor activities and participating in diverse exercise routines. Betty is happily married to Steve and the mother of two grown and wonderful children, Tyler and Abby. Fun fact: Betty’s son Tyler and wife Nikki followed Betty and Steve’s footsteps and were married by Elvis at The Graceland Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.
