Brooke is an Associate Consultant at Bluewater and brings years of sales, marketing, and training experience, both directly and in leadership roles. Brooke’s natural front-of-room presence has been in demand for several advanced leadership retreats and facilitating groups of less than a dozen, to addressing 80,000 attendees of an international convention on the topics of customer service and building community.

Brooke takes pride in continuous learning, contributing to her networks, and giving back to others and the community. Her passion is leadership development. In addition to the work Brooke does with Bluewater’s clients, for years, Brooke has volunteered as a MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) Coordinator at her church and continues to mentor younger women and new moms.

Brooke comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and was the first in her family to attend college, earning a degree from Mount St Mary’s University in Marketing and Communications.

Striving for work-life harmony, Brooke is living the life she always dreamed of in Manchester, MD, with her best friend and husband, Jeff, their three amazing girls, and an ever-changing farm of animals. Jeff and Brooke also own a successful ice cream shop, The Bus Stop, that was listed in People Magazine’s summer 2023 edition of 100 Reasons Why We Love America!
